How the method works

The AI assistant does not deliver a premature conclusion and does not ask everything at once. It guides the user step by step: first the location, then status and access, then possible use and monetization. Only after enough context is collected does a preliminary direction emerge.

How we deliver a DPL analysis

DPL is not an automatic land-price calculator. The process combines structured AI dialogue, orientation map review, manual review and a report with clear limitations.

Data intake

The user sends location, surface, access and goal: sale, lease, car lot, parking, advertising, investor or partnership.

AI dialogue

The DPL AI assistant asks up to three questions per step. It does not ask everything at once; it clarifies location, status and potential in stages.

Orientation review

Available data, maps, satellite view, public sources and, where relevant, registry-oriented checks may be used. Unknowns are marked as risks.

Report and next steps

The user receives a recommendation for investor presentation, temporary use, promotion or partner outreach, with clear disclaimer.

Analysis elements and tools

An analysis may use Google Maps, satellite view, Street View where available, land-registry/public sources, local research, Brevo communication, CRM notes and a PDF report. No tool alone guarantees accuracy without further checks.

Satisfaction and corrections

If the analysis does not meet the agreed scope, the client may request a correction. Partial refunds are reviewed by package: up to 70% for Start, up to 60% for Standard and up to 50% for Pro. The retained part covers AI processing, manual review, administration and analysis preparation.

Privacy and limits

Data is used to process the inquiry and communicate with the user. A location is not published without approval. DPL does not replace land registry checks, legal advice, valuation, planning advice, tax advice or public authorities and does not guarantee a price, sale, lease, permit or investor.
